How do I know if something is paid?

The payment status for renewals / annuities is initially marked as "Paid" once a payment is recorded by the system. This status will be updated to "Confirmation Provided" when the receipt is uploaded to the system.  You can find this in the Renewals Portfolio Section of your dashboard.
