How do I mark an agent as inactive?

Inactive agents will, by default, not appear as options when selecting an agent for a case.

1, Go to your Agents List to view your agents. 

2. Find your favorite agent in the Agents List, and click the icon to view the actions. Select 'Mark As Inactive".

3. Inactive agents will appear grayed-out:

4. Your inactive agents will be hidden on the agent selection screen in the Quote Builder:

5. You are able to manually select inactive agents by clicking the icon
