# How do I mark an agent as inactive?

## Inactive agents will, by default, not appear as options when selecting an agent for a case.

1, Go to your Agents List to view your agents.

2\. Find your favorite agent in the Agents List, and click the ![](https://help.azamiglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-27-2024-12-47-54-1320-PM.png?width=8&height=17&name=image-png-Aug-27-2024-12-47-54-1320-PM.png) icon to view the actions. Select 'Mark As Inactive".

3\. Inactive agents will appear grayed-out:

4\. Your inactive agents will be hidden on the agent selection screen in the Quote Builder:

6\. You can always unmark a firm as inactive by following the same steps:
