I sent the system instructions but it has not yet been paid and the due date has passed

Some regions such as Spain, can only be paid after the due date has past.  In other regions, the agent does not update the status in the system until the confirmation is provided.  If you feel that an annuity payment is late, or have any concerns, feel free to contact your Azami Account Manager and we will happily look into the situation.
