My patent got granted (or issued) but I don’t see it in my portfolio

Currently, we do not track annuities that are not part of your active portfolio, including those listed in the Inactive section of the portal. Please upload any new annuities to the portal (refer to the question "How do I add new annuities to my portfolio?") and inform us of any changes to the status of existing annuities in the portal.
