## PCT - NATIONAL PHASE ENTRY

**Patent Term:** 20 years

**Deadline:** 30 months

**Language:** English or Hebrew

**Translation:** Required within 3 months, extendable by 6 months upon payment

**Charge for Excess Claims:** ILS 517 (approx. $150) for each claim above 50

**Examination Request:** PPH possible

**Required Documents:** POA (no legalization required, must be submitted within 3 months)

**Annuities:** Payable from the 7th year, every 4 years thereafter

## PARIS CONVENTION - DIRECT FILING

**Patent Term:** 20 years

**Deadline:** 12 months

**Language:** English or Hebrew

**Translation:** Required within 3 months, extendable by 6 months upon payment

**Charge for Excess Claims:** ILS 517 (approx. $150) for each claim above 50

**Examination Request:** PPH possible

**Required Documents:** POA (no legalization required, must be submitted within 3 months)

**Annuities:** Payable from the 7th year, every 4 years thereafter

## DESIGN APPLICATION

**Patent Term:** 25 years

**Deadline:** 6 months from priority date

**Language:** English or Hebrew

**Translation:** Translation required if the documents are in another language

**Charge for Excess Claims:** None

**Examination Request:** Not explicitly required

**Required Documents:** POA (no notarization or legalization required) may be provided after filing

**Annuities:** Renewal due every 5 years

## TRADEMARK APPLICATION

**Patent Term:** 10 years

**Deadline:** 3 months

**Language:** Hebrew preferred, English accepted

**Translation:** Translation required if filing in a language other than Hebrew

**Charge for Excess Claims:** None

**Examination Request:** Not explicitly required

**Required Documents:** POA (no notarization or legalization required)

**Annuities:** Renewable for additional 10-year periods
