## PCT - NATIONAL PHASE ENTRY

**Patent Term:** 20 years

**Deadline:** 31 months

**Language:** Norwegian

**Translation:** Norwegian translations must be submitted within 31 months of earliest priority date

**Charge for Excess Claims:** Yes, over 10

**Examination Request:** Automatic at the time of NPE

**Required Documents:** PoA, Declaration/Assignment deed

**Annuities:** Due each year starting from the 3rd year

## PARIS CONVENTION - DIRECT FILING

**Patent Term:** 20 years

**Deadline:** 12 months

**Language:** Norwegian

**Translation:** Norwegian translations must be submitted within 3 months from filing date

**Charge for Excess Claims:** Yes, over 10

**Examination Request:** Automatic at the time of NPE
