## PCT - National Phase Entry

**Patent Term:** 20 years

**Deadline:** 30 months

**Language:** English

**Translation:** Required 2 months from filing, including payment of fees

**Charge for Excess Claims:** Yes, above 3 independent claims, or above 20 total claims

**Examination Request:** PPH possible

**Required Documents:** IDS- no later than 3 months from entry of the national phase; POA if necessary

**Annuities:** 3.5, 7.5, and 11.5 years from grant date

## Paris Convention - Direct Filing

**Patent Term:** 20 years

**Deadline:** 12 months

**Language:** English

**Translation:** Required 2 months from filing, including payment of fees
