Top Summary Tabs

At the top of the Renewals Management page, you’ll see four tabs:

Total:
Displays all pending and past due renewals. -
Overdue:
Displays only renewals that have passed their due date. -
Due in Next 45 Days:
Displays renewals due soon (this window will become configurable in the next release to allow users to choose 45, 60, or 90 days). -
On Track:
Displays renewals that are not overdue and not yet due in the near future.
Clicking on any of these tabs automatically filters the renewal list to show only the relevant items.
Auto Renew Per RenewalAuto Renew is now manageable at the individual renewal level, empowering users with granular control.

Overview
This quarter, we have introduced several enhancements to improve functionality, streamline processes, and provide greater transparency for our customers and local agents. Additionally, critical bugs were resolved to ensure smoother operations and an improved user experience. Below is a detailed summary of the updates implemented.

Enhancements
- Professional Fees Feature
- Customers can now include both local agent fees and service fees in a single service fee, streamlining invoice generation and payment processes.
- If you would like to adjust your fee structure using this method, please contact your salesperson for assistance.

2. Estimate PDF Language Updates
- Revised the language in initial estimates to provide clearer details, including general terms and conditions, enhancing customer understanding and communication.

The costs for these renewals are based on the current foreign exchange rate which can change over time along with our current foreign associate fees.
All costs are listed in the Account Currency.
The costs are subject to change at any time and are only locked in upon instruction to pay a renewal or during a freeze period.
A freeze can only be submitted once per annuity and freezes the Foreign Exchange rate at the given time.
Please be aware that this data has not been validated, and the fees are based on the due date and the annuities in the estimates. We kindly ask that you ensure its accuracy and notify us of any discrepancies.
3. Update Agent View and Reference Number Format
- Improved user experience for local agents using the portal by refining the agent view and standardizing the reference number format.

- Customers can now download lifetime fees by region directly from the RenewalVision section in their portal, enabling better financial planning.

5. Requested Date in Pending Payment Tab
- Added visibility of the requested date in the pending payment tab for agents, ensuring easier tracking and management of payment processes.

6. Pro Forma Feature
- Introduced the ability for customers to generate automatic pro forma invoices. These can be sent to end clients for pre-payment before providing instructions, improving cash flow and operational efficiency.
7. Chatbot Embedded in Portal

- Launched a new chatbot within the portal to provide instant assistance and enhance user support.
8. Knowledge Sharing Pop-up
- Added a pop-up in the customer portal, including graphics, to inform customers of upcoming fee increases, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.

Bug Fixes
- POA Report Errors
- Fixed an issue where the POA report displayed incorrect "Sent email to agent" dates.
2. Missing Requested Date in Renewals
- Resolved an issue where renewals were missing the requested date, ensuring complete and accurate data.
3. Payment Process Reorganization
- Addressed issues in the payment process workflow for smoother operation and improved user experience.
4. Fee Mix-Up
- Fixed a bug causing incorrect fee allocations, ensuring accurate calculations and reporting.
5. "Generated Estimate Sheet" Button
- Resolved an issue where the "Generated Estimate Sheet" button was unresponsive, restoring full functionality.
