What happens when I instruct my agent from iPeer?

When instructing, you can upload region-specific documents and/or notes for your agent(s).

Once you instruct an agent, they will receive an email notification of the instruction, including your relevant files and/or comments. Your agent will be asked to click a button within the email to confirm acceptance of your case instruction.

Once your agent confirms the instruction, you will receive an email notification of this acceptance.
