What is Auto-Renew?

The Auto-Renew feature enables you to "set it and forget it." By selecting Auto-Renew, all your renewal cases will be automatically renewed before the due date. You can still choose to exclude specific renewal cases from auto-renewal. For cases not set to auto-renew, you will need to submit instructions manually via the portal.

You can ask your account representative about auto-freeze, which is connected to the auto-renew feature and allows you to automatically lock in the foreign exchange rate at a specific time prior to the renewals automatically updating to be renewed.
