What is the Safety Policy?

The system has a safety policy to prevent lapses. Renewals are not considered complete until a receipt is uploaded into the system, enabling it to monitor progress at multiple stages—30-45 days after the due date, a few months before the lapse, and so on—and promptly identify any potential issues.
