What's on the roadmap? What does the product team do?

Azami Renewals Division has a product team.  One of their many responsibilities is a product roadmap that has the ultimate goal of adjusting the renewals solution to maximize value to customers.  Certainly this will incorporate the feedback of Azami's customers, so make sure you tell your account representative, or the product team directly, all of your feedback.  Let them know your wishes and dreams and challenge them to make the optimal solution.
